What happens if there is a storm?

The captain reserves the right to make the call about the weather. You will receive a 100% refund for cancellations regarding unsafe boating conditions due to weather. If the boat leaves the dock and has to return due to unexpected weather conditions you may receive a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Can I cancel the reservation?

Yes. You can cancel your reservation for a 100% refund within 24 hours of the scheduled charter.

Will I get a refund for a no show?

No refunds are offered for a no show, you must cancel 24 hours prior to the reserved charter time to receive a refund.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes. We are required by law to have one life jacket for every person on board. Children under 7 are required by law to wear life jackets while under-way and we will provide the proper vest type jackets for them. However, regardless of your age you can always wear one if you prefer.

Is there music on the boat?

Yes. The boat has a built in sound system with bluetooth connection.

Do you allow dogs on the boat?

Yes. Dogs are allowed on the boat, however they must be well behaved and kept off the upholstery.
